How did FDR's death influence the continuation of the relevant activities that were conducted in the name of the pressing struggle on the front by the Allied forces?
Indeed the mere fact that FDR was dead on April 12, 1945 absolutely appalled the Allied forces considering that FDR had always on all counts been a very competent strategist and an able leader. However, after him his policies were continued by his successor Harry Truman and this naturally brought about a successful conclusion to the war.
